LFAnt Medical is a biomedical device company specializing in the creation of a portable urine-based test kit for the detection of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea infections. The associated website (www.lfantmedical.com) is a web application hereafter referred to as the “Platform”.

Registration and Health Information. If provided by you through the use of the Services, LFAnt Medical may collect identification and contact information, such as name, date of birth, info@lfantmedical.com address, phone number, mailing address and a photo of your provincial health insurance card.
Payment Information. When you make or receive a payment through our Services, we will collect and use your credit card or banking information or other financial data in order to process the payment.
